Pre-Primary
With the motto ‘No bags, no aching shoulders’, the Pre-Primary section comprises the tiny toddlers, the palpable prepatory and knees up Kindergarten. No written test or interviews for children. Only pep talk.
Primary
A Visionary – The school has always practised assessment and an assignment system for its primary section, right from its inception in 1966. The school also follows the no exam + term book procedure and assessment system till class – II. Intends to implement in class III to V in near future.
Upper Primary
Comprising the classes VI, VII & VIII, this is the time when students are helped by the teachers to face the music of knowledge in earnest whilst balancing the fun quotient with aplomb
Secondary
Academics is BDM INTERNATIONAL’s forte and in classes IX & X students are tutored in the finer techniques of handling the Board exams. A glance of BDM INTERNATIONAL’s performance in the Board exams speaks of the success story.
Senior Secondary
The success story continues in the Senior Secondary level where besides the regular three streams of Science, Arts and Commerce two additional subjects i.e. Biotechnology and Entrepreneurship – two completely new subjects – are also being offered.
A trendsetter BDM INTERNATIONAL is the first CBSE School in Kolkata to have launched the subject Entrepreneurship in the Senior Secondary section way back in 2003 and is proud to say that the average score has been 87%
