• Applications are to be made in the specified Application form which can be collected during the specified dates from the School Office:
  
  In the alternate the Application Form can also be downloaded (click here). The dates for the forms will be notified on this website and the notice board of the School. Interested parents are requested to kindly check.
  
  
• The dates for the admission test will be notified on the School notice board.
  
  
• Candidates are required to appear for the admission test alongwith a copy of the admit slip (attached with the form).
  
  
• The name of the shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the notice board and the website
  
  
• The shortlisted candidates are required to attend the interview alongwith the following documents:
  
  1. Filled up form and the
  2. Attested copies (2 nos) of the birth certificate
  3. Original birth certificate
  4. Previous report card (in case candidate seeks admission for class     II upwards).
  
  
• The selected candidates will have to submit the admission Form along with the fees at the school office on the scheduled dates.
  

Withdrawals
A prior notice is a must in case of a withdrawal of a student from the school. A pupil failing in the same class, two years in succession is automatically considered withdrawn and the name is struck off the rolls. Immediate notification is required for a failed pupil who desires to continue studying in the same class. A student absent from school, without prior notice for a considerable length of time may not be retained in school. Irregular attendance, behavioral problems or any kind of ill influence attempted to be created might lead to removal of a student from the school.

Guardians are requested to see that their wards are clean and tidy when they come to school in UNIFORM.

Nursery, Transition and K.G The UNIFORM consists of red check shirt, red tie, bright red shorts, red socks, black buckled shoes, plain red belt for boys of Nursery, Transition and K.G. The uniform for girls consist of red check frocks and red ties. Nursery, Transition and K.G. boys are to wear shorts with red galice.

I to X The girls are expected to wear cream blouses, snuff ties, snuff skirts, white socks, black shoes with suitable underclothing except E.C.A. days. Boys are expected to wear cream shirts, snuff ties, snuff shorts/snuff trousers, white socks, black shoes with suitable underclothing except E.C.A. days.

For promotion to next class attendance, discipline, conduct, E.C.A., dress as well as marks in unit tests and the final exams are all added together.
The break-up of marks:-

A. PERSONAL ASSESSMENT
1. Attendance – 5 marks
2. Discipline – 5 marks
3. Conduct – 5 marks
4. E.C.A. – 5 marks
5. Dress – 5 marks

B. ACHIEVEMENT
Apart from annual examination, results of the unit tests and other examination will be considered for promotion to the next higher class.
