To live in harmony with oneself and the environment is the wish of every human. Yoga have a holistic effect and bring body, mind, consciousness and soul into balance. Modern lifestyle has lost the harmony in mind-body relationship which has caused several stress-based diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart diseases and cancer. Yoga is the science of modern and should be incorporated into our daily lives. Yoga has technical systems to help calm the mind, maintain resistance, harness physical and mental energies and to develop integrated personality. It’s a way of balancing the personality. It’s a way of balancing the emotions and establishing the harmony between the mind and body. Yoga helps in increasing the sharpness of our brain and our concentration power.
