Meditation is a great boost for so many of us. Taking this into consideration, BDMI had organized a workshop ‘Heartfulness Relaxation of Meditation techniques’ on 20th, 21st, & 23rd of April, 2016.
Heartfulness is about feeling the lightness and joy in our nature and experiencing it in our hearts. The workshop was conducted for three days and was done though meditation with as well as without transmission. The process was a simple , easy and effective one and we realized that it can be done every day in our home to establish a calmness and regulation of mind.
