Motivational Workshop for Students on 18.4.2018

-Resource person : Amar Agarwala

B.D.M.International was proud to organise a motivational workshop for students. The resource person was Mr. Amar Agarwala, the eminent practising Chartered Accountant, a qualified company Secretary with degrees in Law and Management. He specializes in soft skill ttraining and is a motivational speaker and also has a rich experience in student advisory and counselling procedures. Mr.Agarwala inspired the students to be good humans in all perspectives of life. The session was very motivating and inspiring. He encouraged the students to deal with every circumstance of life with optimism. He began the talk with gratitude towards the parents who were always thinking, trusting and working hard for the betterment of their children. The session was enriched by the various inspiring, thought provoking video clippings which upheld the moral values of this world-the give and take rule of the cosmos, the importance of gratitude, the impact of overuse of machines. It was followed by the more practical the-the difference between ‘learning to earn’ and ‘learning to grow’. The students were encouraged by Mr.Agarwala who stressed upon the fact that each one of us is born with latent talent. We just need to discover and hone it. He proceeded to talk about the constant fight that each one has within ourselves- the fight between the good and the evil- and the outcome of the fight is actually our choice- the choice of being good and happy or being sad and evil. Last but not the least- the students were told to feel and be happy always. No matter how the entire day goes, a small amount of laughter always makes the day perfect and feels contended. The students were greatly motivated by the session.
