The rules and regulations are designed to create a safe, disciplined, respectful, and nurturing environment where every student can learn, grow, and excel. Students and parents are expected to read and adhere to these guidelines.
School Rules & Regulations
- 1Students should follow the school disciplinary norms.
- 2Students should converse in English within the school premises. Speaking in vernacular except during assigned periods is strictly prohibited.
- 3Every student should take proper care of school property. Damaging or destroying any school property is strictly prohibited & may lead to strict disciplinary action.
- 4Students should refrain from bringing expensive items or other valuables to school. They should take care of their belongings and money should not be lent or borrowed. The school will not be responsible for the goods lost.
- 5Bicycles must be properly locked and kept in the cycle stand.
- 6Students suffering from any contagious disease will not be allowed to attend classes until he or she recovers fully and submits a fitness certificate given by a registered medical practitioner.
- 7Students should actively participate in various co-scholastic activities and community service programmes organised by the school.
- 8All students should bring the school almanac, wear ID cards and house badge everyday to school.
- 9Replacement of a school almanac is done on payment of ₹100/- at the school accounts office.
- 10Replacement of an ID Card is done on payment of ₹80/-(each) at the school office.
- 11In case of loss of school ID cards & report cards a General Diary must be lodged at the nearest Police Station. A copy of the general diary must be submitted to the accounts office within a week.
- 12A temporary ID Card will be issued by the accounts office on receiving the General Diary copy and a payment of ₹80/-. Permanent ID Card will be issued within 15 days from the date of application.
- 13Duplication of Escort Cards (Playgroup to Grade V) is strictly prohibited.
- 14The students are supposed to reach the school 10 minutes before the commencement of the school hours.
- 15The school gate will be closed 10 minutes after the scheduled time and latecomers will not be permitted to enter the school premises.
- 16Visiting clubs, restaurants, shopping malls and theatres in school uniform is strictly forbidden, so is loitering around outside the school after school hours.
- 17Bullying and the use of foul language are punishable offences. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against students indulging in the same.
- 18Bursting of crackers or splashing colours inside the school premises or in school buses is strictly prohibited. Non compliance with these instructions can result in expulsion from the school.
- 19Students must obtain a class-pass to leave the classroom during school hours. Class-pass will be issued by the teacher conducting the class at the time of the request
- 20Students are not permitted to leave school during school hours except in case of emergency. In such cases, parents must provide a written application and personally escort the student home.
- 21Shouting or whistling is not allowed in or around the school building.
- 22Running in corridors is strictly prohibited.
- 23Throwing things outside the window, physically hurting anyone inside the classroom, in the corridors or outside the school, throwing any object at any one is strictly forbidden.
- 24Student are not allowed to bring gifts, presents or return gifts to school to mark his/her birthday or any occasion. At the most a student will be allowed to distribute 2 toffees per student in her/his section. No gifts should be sent for the teachers of the Institution.
- 25Attendance is compulsory on the last and first day of a vacation.
- 26Gel pens are to be used only from Grade IV onwards.
- 27Lost library books must be replaced or paid for by the students to the school librarian.
Parent & Student Acknowledgement
By enrolling in the school, students and parents agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and code of conduct. The school reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action in the event of any violation.
