The Journey
B.D.M. International made its foray into urban education on 1st May 1966 with a singular purpose – to set a new benchmark in education through its unique teaching methodology, and to bring the finest learning experiences to its students. The dream envisioned by the founders, (Late) GN Khaitan and (Late) Draupadi Devi Khaitan, to impart knowledge and guide budding talents in the right direction, struck a chord with parents. Moving from strength to strength, we are now a 7000 plus strong student community.
Learning at our school is never linear, instead, we blend academics with practical knowledge. Students are engaged in a multidimensional and experiential environment. Our curriculum has been designed in a way to encourage students to play, perform, experiment and interact. We place considerable curricular emphasis on sports and arts. We believe that leaders of tomorrow need to be analytical, creative problem solvers who can adapt comprehensively to any environment however challenging it is. Our goal is to develop individuals who are mentally alert, morally sound and emotionally well-balanced to face the challenges and adversities of the world. They are curious and reflective learners, on a journey of self-discovery, but aware of local and global environments. And most of all, they have an attitude of excellence.

Focus
- To establish a quality school system which would strike a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, and help a child develop holistically.
- To inspire the joy of learning by fostering an institution of academic as well as co-curricular excellence.
- To shape young minds to be ethical, responsible, happy and purposeful citizens of the society.
- To provide students a safe, engaged and happy environment that challenges them into discovering their talents and skills.
