To Better Days-B.D.M.I. Celebrates World Earth Day

Given the current environment scenario, the only way the human race will survive will be by preserving the environment. At B.D.M.I. we have been working everyday in our own small ways to make sure that the Green Earth does not become a distant past. On 22nd and 23rd April, B.D.M.I. took yet another initiative towards creating a sustainable environment and celebrated World Earth Day. The junior students took some time off from their regular classes and with assistance from the teachers planted trees in and around the school premises; while the senior students were escorted to B.I.T.M where they took part in painting and poster making competition for a “Greener World Through Art”. The day was celebrated by the entire B.D.M.I. family with grace with the motto that it’s about time we save Mother Earth for good.
